This is how I pray the Jesus Prayer, also known as the Prayer of the Heart. I breathe in "Lord Jesus Christ" and breathe out "Son of the Living God" and breathe in "Have mercy on me" and breathe out "A sinner." After much practice, it truly has become a prayer of my heart, always on call at a second's notice. Your Yahweh prayer is a shortened form of this. Wonderful!
