Feldenkrais Method

In 2001, I graduated from the Boston Feldenkrais Training Program, a 4 year intensive program which certifies us to teach Awareness Through Movement Lessons (group lessons) and Functional Integration Lessons (private lessons).

Feldenkrais, aside from making you more aware of how you move, gives you more freedom in movement, helps many ailments, is interesting and will always reduce stress...

Stress causes rigid habits. Rigid habits create more stress…Feldenkrais lessons provide a relaxing environment for learning to let go of tension in your body. These lessons will relieve stress, ease your discomforts, reprogram your body to move more efficiently and give you a sense of greater vitality.

Join me for Awareness Through Movement Feldenkrais lessons on Tuesdays at 9:00 am to 10:15 am at the Independence Center at Sun City Anthem in Henderson, NV. You must be a member of the community (or a guest of the member) in order to take these lessons. The lessons are always interesting and fun and just about anyone can do them!

Funtional Integration lessons are by appointment only.

Happiness Group

I am the facilitator of the Happiness Group here in Sun City Anthem, Henderson, NV. We are a special interest group of The International Connections Culture Club (ICCC).

We meet on the first Monday of every month at 9:30 am in the Green Room at Anthem Center and discuss things like Making the Decision to be Happy, How Happiness Affects Health, Forgiveness, Laughter & Joy, Kindness & Compassion, Gratefulness, Spirituality, Pursuit of Happiness, Present Moment Awareness, Amazement and Wonder, Letting Go of the Ego, etc.

I am blessed to meet such wonderful folks who have joined this group! It's good to know that we all just want to be happy!
