If you forgive and forget

A clear mind is a sure bet

The flow of nature is usually gentle and kind

We can reflect the same in body and mind

Round and round my life goes

When it stops, no one knows

I looked in the mirror and what did I see?

I saw my whole life staring back at me!

The ego went out for it's own little ride

And the spirit felt left out and cried

Looking inside an old glass vase

When I am filled with joy, the whole world can see
That the light in my body comes right through me

Did you ever see someone who is truly filled with joy?

They are also filled with light!
